常见处理方法

网页打不开：确认当前标签选择的是直连还是加速，然后点击刷新。
加速不可用：检查网络和当日免费额度；会员用户可重新打开会员中心刷新状态。
配置没有更新：完全退出 App 后重新启动；下载失败时 App 会继续使用本地安全配置。
登录异常：关闭登录标签后，从菜单重新进入“会员登录”。

联系客服

在 App 左侧菜单选择“联系客服”。只有产品配置提供安全客服地址时，该入口才会显示。请附上系统版本、App 版本和问题发生时间，不要发送账号密码。

Support

If a page does not load, verify whether the tab uses Direct or Accelerated routing and try Refresh. Restart the app if a configuration update is pending. Use the in-app Support menu when available, and include your OS version, app version, and the approximate time of the issue. Never send your password.
